| GRAND STRAND CHAPTER 381 NAMED 2008 SOUTH CAROLINA CHAPTER OF THE YEAR |
| November 20, 2008, Myrtle Beach, S.C. - Norman Paige, SCORE District Director for South Carolina, honored Grand Strand SCORE Chapter 381 by naming them South Carolina Chapter of the Year for 2008. Mr. Paige said that while 2007 was a banner year for the chapter, 2008 was still better. He noted a continued increase of services provided to the community as well as, increased online counseling for clients nationwide. | Grand Strand SCORE was also South Carolina Chapter of the Year for 2007 and placed third in the nation behind Atlanta and San Diego in the National Chapter of the Year competition. |
